Snow and Ice Management Company's snow plow pick-up truck in commercial parking lot during snow storm

Don't settle for a one-plow-fits-all solution to snow removal. Professional commercial snow removal services require different approaches to every property and customer budget.

In collaboration with you, Snow and Ice Management Company will identify when and where plowing or salting operations are to take place, which way the snow should be plowed, where to push the snow, and which areas are highest priority.

We have a Quality Management System in place to ensure every step, from pre-season planning through post-season cleanup, reduces risk, keeps your property safe, and ensures a high level of customer service. Our large network of service partners, Field Operations Managers, 24/7 call center, and our real-time service tracking technology system CrewTracker allows Snow and Ice Management Company to service a multiple-state territory.

  • Your property is inspected before the season for damages.

  • Snow stakes are placed to assist in keeping damage to a minimum.

Pre-Storm Snow Response

  • We track incoming storms through multiple professional weather companies including Weatherworks.

  • Customers are provided weather forecasts beginning 48 hours ahead of the storm.

  • Field Operations Managers communicate pre- and post-storm with clients to ensure they are updated on site conditions and service completion.

During The Storm Event

  • Our proactive approach ensures that service is always provided in a timely manner.

  • Should you need to contact Snow and Ice Management Company during a storm event, our call center operates 24/7 during snow and ice storms.

  • Field Operations Managers are boots on the ground, inspecting properties to ensure service is being performed per the scope of work and conditions are safe for employees, tenants and customers.

  • CrewTracker portal access is available to customers, providing real time information regarding services performed and completion times at their locations. This data is key, not only to make informed decisions on whether the site is ready for opening during the storm, but is critical to have in the event of a slip and fall incident and to ensure accurate invoicing.

Post-Storm Process

  • All services are logged and submitted through the CrewTracker application, including post-storm visits to ensure property has been cleared appropriately and serviced to prevent refreeze.

  • All properties are assessed at the end of the storm to ensure that conditions are clear and safe before services are considered complete.

  • Once all services are confirmed, invoices are sent to the customer within 10 working days.

Contract Options

Contract Options

Snow and Ice Management Company substantially invests in personnel, materials and vehicles, including contracted, site dedicated loaders, skid steers, and plow and salt spreading trucks. We also provide field support maintenance to keep our snow removal equipment performing during a snow storm event.

We offer snow contracts based on Per Push, Per Event, or Fixed Seasonal Pricing. If our standard contractual agreements are not applicable to your needs, one of our contract administrators will be happy to work with you to develop a customized agreement.

Per Push Contracts: available for businesses who prefer to pay each time snow and ice is removed, plowed, etc. This option is great for those who are only planning on getting their area taken care of once at a time. The benefit of this type of contract is that you are only billed per the services that are performed.

Per Event Contract: suitable for projected big storms. If it is snowing all day long, snow is going to accumulate all day long. Therefore, that means that there will need to be multiple trips by the snow plows & salt trucks throughout the day to maintain the area. Pricing is based off of total accumulation for the storm.

Fixed Seasonal Pricing Contract: available for businesses that want to pay for the entire season. That way, they will not have to worry about payment after each push. Snow and Ice Management Company will automatically take care of the winter weather for them. It is the best way to budget snow removal for the season, especially for larger locations.
