Summary of Position:
This high-level support role provides direct, confidential administrative and operational assistance to the Company President/CEO across a portfolio of primarily seasonal businesses. Acting as a trusted partner to the Owner, the position oversees day-to-day accounting, CRM administration, property management coordination, executive support, and occasional personal assistance as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, discreet, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams to support efficient business operations. Responsibilities shift seasonally, allowing for focus across different areas throughout the year.
